However, when you place your mouse over the Speaker icon, you see a message that says, ‘No audio output device is installed.’ What a bothersome sight. So, you think that you probably turned down the volume too low or set it to mute. You might see the Speaker icon in your taskbar with a red x on it.
You notice that your computer is not playing any sound.
